Incredible support and service. The team was able to come in and remove a bamboo tree that the previous owner had put in the property, they were super helpful and kind and they were super passionate and even gave us tips on how to take care of some of the plants we have in our garden from the previous owner. Absolutely incredible job by Grasshopper. As you can see from the photos, the back garden was completely overgrown and had turned into a jungle. It honestly hadn’t been properly tackled since around 2015, so this was a massive job. From start to finish, the correspondence from the office staff was amazing. Everything was well organized, from confirming the appointment time to sending text messages letting me know the team was on the way. That kind of communication makes a big difference. The lads who arrived did an unbelievable job. They worked so hard, cleared everything back, tidied the place up, and completely transformed the garden. The difference is night and day it honestly looks like a completely different space. I’m genuinely blown away by the result. From the initial quote through to the completed job, the team were consistently professional and efficient. I needed a large tree removed from my driveway after moving into a new house, and they handled it quickly and seamlessly. They took care of all debris and left the area spotless afterwards. Due to concrete surrounding the roots, the stump had to remain, but the team communicated this clearly on the day and were very helpful throughout.
