Our client was dis-satisfied with the level of grounds maintenance and upkeep carried out by the previous contractor and their lack of vision and creativity when it came to the grounds maintenance. What we have done for our client is come up with a set of planting design drawings and concepts for the complex. Our aim was to replace the existing tired and outdated planting areas with a more unified, modern arrangement of plants, providing focal points and visual interest within the car-park. The new planting is giving a sense of confidence and identity to the shopping centre and will in turn attract more customers for existing and new tenants.
